documents preparation to area home owners who may not
be skilled in their preparation

Create and manage affordable housing in one of Chicago's
low and moderate income neighborhoods. Intervention in
the demolition of viable housing stock to make more
affordable housing available. Intervene in Predatory
landing practices in our area.
